“十五”期间,由于专业结构的不合理,以及地域经济发展的不平衡致使广西本科毕业生无法实现充分就业和合理流动,因此,必须采取措施促使本科毕业生充分、合理就业,为和谐广西的建设贡献才智。

During the Tenth Five-year Plan, many graduates in Guangxi failed to find their jobs, owing to the limit of their major structure and the imbalance of the regional ecomonic development. Effecient measures must be taken to improre the employment rate of the graduates, so as to build a harmonious Guangxi.
