中国资源、产业、市场与跨国公司及基本对策

摘要 本文从宏观的角度分析中国资源(特别是矿产资源)数量方面的优劣势。从国际贸易的角度分析中国的资源型产品,结论是中国大多数资源型产品不具有比较优势。从全球的角度分析资源型产品比较优劣势的区域分布,进而分析中国资源产业与市场的三大基本特点,论述中国资源产业在走向市场化和对外开放引入外资(含跨国公司)追程中存在的主要问题。在上述基础上提出了六人政策陆建议。 On the first light of macro-economy, this paper analyzes the advantage-disadvantage of China's resources (in particular of mineral resources) on the numbers. On the second light of international trade, this paper analyzes the comparative advantage of resources intensive products in China. The conclusion is, almost resources intensive products in China have not comparative advantage in international trade. On the second light of global international trade, this paper analyzed the comparative advantage of resources intensive products in different district or the world. And, analyzed China's resources industry and marketing, gives three basic points. Then, discuss the problems when China's resources industry have the long march from plant to market, opening door and attracting foreign investment (including transnational corporation). Base on the above discussion, this paper gives a series of policy suggestions.
