胸部手术后气管插管患者的需求及护理对策

Needs of Thoracic Surgical Patients with Tracheal Intubation and the Corresponding Nursing Measures

目的探讨胸部手术后气管插管患者的需求及护理对策。方法采用自制调查表对200例胸部手术后患者在气管插管期间的需求进行调查。结果患者主要存在带气管插管难受、口渴、体位不适等生理需求,以及想说话、想家和亲人等心理需求。结论针对患者需求采取相应的护理措施,进一步提高护理质量。

Objective To know the needs of thoracic surgical patients with tracheal intuhation and the corresponding nursing measures. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the needs of 200 thoracic surgical patients with tracheal intuhation. Results Their main physical needs of patients during tracheal intuhation were the sufferings of tracheal intuhation, thirsty, position upset. The main psychological needs of the patients were the desire to talk, homesickness, and the miss of their family members. Conclusion The nursing measures for thoracic surgical patients with tracheal intuhation should be given according to the needs of patients so as to improve the nursing quality.
