国外警察心理压力问题研究综述

Summary of Foreign Research about Mental Pressure on Police

警察心理压力问题作为警察心理研究整体中的一个分支,越来越受到相关学者和研究人员的重视。目前国外现有的研究可以分成四类,第一类研究是关注于警察工作压力源,即心理压力源;第二类研究则注重警察工作压力所产生的后果,即心理压力的影响;第三类是关于警察职业耗竭问题的研究,它是心理压力的一种特殊表现;第四类则是一个综合体,它囊括了和警察心理压力相关的其他心理细节问题。

As a branch of police psychology, the mental pressure of police is concerned greatly by scholars and researchers. The foreign researches can be divided into 4 parts. The first is about the origin of the pressure in police＇ s work ,which is the origin of the mental pressure. The second is the influence of the pressure on police＇ s work,which is the influence of the mental pressure. The third is the job burnout of the police,which is the special reaction to mental pressure. The last is synthesis,which involved other detailed psychological problems related to the mental pressure on police.
