摘要
在相当一部分刑事侦查学教科书中,对“现场勘查”这个概念所下的定义是不科学、不规范的,由此导致了种种问题的出现,也引发了对“现场勘查”科学定义的重新思考。
The definitions of ＂investigation of the site＂ are not scientific and prescriptive in many criminal investigation textbooks. Many problems are resulted from and make us to rethink its scientific definition.
