摘要
《义务教育法》的颁布与修改历经了20年,体现了从“城市偏向”向“均衡发展”的政策导向。文章立足社会学的分析视角,对层层深入的三个问题进行了研究:一是“城市偏向”的社会表现;二是“城市偏向”的社会根源;三是从“城市偏向”到“均衡发展”的社会启示。
Issue and modification of "Law of compulsory education" have already gone through 20 years, it incarnated the policy which was from "city deflection" to "equilibrium development". This article is based on the analysis visual angle of sociology and studied three embedded questions which were layer upon layer:The first question is the society behaves of "city deflection" .The second question is the social rootstock of "city deflection" .The third question is the social revelation of from "city deflection" to "equilibrium development".
