活血化瘀药对腹膜炎大鼠生成白三烯B_4的影响

Influence of Blood-activating and Stasis-eliminating Drugs on Leukotriene B_4 Production of Rats with Peritonitis

白三烯（ＬＴＢ４）是一个很重要的炎症介质。过去的研究表明，ＬＴＢ４在炎症时生成增多。本研究发现，中药活血化瘀复方──化解冲剂可抑制腹膜炎大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞生成ＬＴＢ４，这可能是活血化瘀药抗炎作用的机制之一。

Leukotriene B4 (LTB4) is a very important inflammatory mediatior. It has been proved that macrophage produces LTB4 increasingly during inflammation. In this experiment,it was observed that traditional chinese blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herbs could inhibit LTB4 production during peritonitis. This phenomenon may be one of the mechanisms of anti-inflammation of Hua Jie decoction, the compound prescription of blood-activating and stasis-eliminating herbs.
