摘要
结合优等品DAP的生产实践,介绍了云南海口磷矿和四川马边磷矿的特点,以及配矿的依据和原则,阐述了调整工艺控制指标、实施技术改造和强化管理手段的具体措施,指出生产优等品DAP的关键是降低浓磷酸含固量,并通过对比分析探讨了磷矿配矿、浓磷酸浓度、磷酸澄清、以及添加助沉剂对生产优等品DAP的影响。
With the production practice for premium grade DAP,this article introduces the characteristics of Yunnan Haikou phosphorite and Sichuan Mabian phosphorite,and the basis and principle for ore proportioning.The specific measures for adjustment of process control figures,and implementation of technical revamp and strengthening of management means is stated.It is pointed out that the key for production of premium grade DAP is the reduction of solid content in concentrated phosphoric acid.And through comparison and analysis,it discusses the influences by phosphorite ore proportioning,concentration of concentrated phosphoric acid,phosphoric acid settlement and the addition of settling agent on the production of premium grade DAP.
