摘要
回转圆筒在磷复肥生产的造粒及干燥系统中广为应用。针对上世纪80年代建设的大型DAP装置出现的造粒机滚圈断裂、复板圈与筒体焊缝开裂等非常见故障,以及4 500 mm×35 200 mm干燥机大齿圈与小齿轮异常啮合的现象,分析了故障原因,并介绍了整改措施。经运行证实,这些措施是可行的。
Rotary drum is widely used in the granulation and drying systems during the production of phosphate compound fertilizers.For non-common failures happened in the large DAP plants built in the 1980s,such as granulator rolling ring failure,compound plate ring and cylinder weld cracking,as well as the phenomenon of abnormal engagement of the large gear ring and the pinion,the causes are analyzed,and corrective measures are introduced.Operation has proven that such measures are practical.
