近年来美国能源政策的目标、实施方式和价值导向发生重大变化,对中国的能源安全带来了挑战,对中国能源政策的制定也具有重大影响。中国应吸取经验和教训,从全球战略高度制定自己的能源政策,倡导国际能源合作,采取多种措施保障能源安全,并始终把环保因素融入能源政策之中,实现可持续发展。

Recently American energy policy has changed fundamentally. Its goal has transferred from keeping low petroleum price to strengthening American leading role in main energy-producing regions, its expansion and militarization are enhanced, and more attention is paid to steady energy supply than to environmental protection. These changes threaten the energy security of China, and set a bad example. To develop sustainably, China should formulate his own energy policy from global and strategic perspective, take countermeasures to ensure the energy security, and incorporate environmental protection into his energy policy.
