聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变347例疗效评价

Therapeutic Evaluation of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) in Treatment of 347 Cases with Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disorders of Vulva

目的:对347例外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者进行聚焦超声治疗,评价其疗效。方法:采用5%碘伏消毒外阴部,以0.5%~1%利多卡因双侧会阴阻滞麻醉或骶麻后进行超声治疗,治疗参数4.05 MHz直线扫描,时间20 min^40 min。结果:347例外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者经超声治疗后,瘙痒症状基本缓解甚至可以完全消失,外阴的形态和色泽可基本恢复正常。总有效率99%。结论:聚焦超声是目前治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变最有效的方法,且治疗效果与病程的长短密切相关,患者的病程越短,其超声治疗的效果越好。

Objective：To evaluate the effects of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） in treatment of 347 cases with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva. Methods： Ultrasound therapy was given to vulua disinfected with 5 % Povidone-iodine （PI）, bilateral perineum block anaesthesia and caudal analgesia after injected by 0.5 % 1% Lidocaine. Therapeutic parameters were 4.05MHz and the linear scanning time was 20 minutes to 40 minutes. Results：After a total of 347 cases with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva were treated by high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU）, the symptom of pruritus remitted basically and even disappeared completely. The shape and color of the vulva skin could basically restore to normal. The total effective rate was 99 %. Conclusions： High intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） is the most effective method to treat nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva. Treatment results have a close relation to the course of the disease. The shorter the course of the disease is, the better the therapeutic effects of ultrasound therapy have.
