胸腹部复合伤56例诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of 56 Cases with Thoracic-abdominal Compound Injury

目的:探讨胸腹部复合伤的诊断和治疗。方法:总结近十年来收治的56例胸腹部复合伤的临床资料,分析了胸腹部复合伤的诊断与治疗方法。结果:治愈53例,死亡3例,其中1例于术中休克死亡,另2例因术后全身衰竭死亡。结论:胸腹部复合伤有其特殊的不可预见性,患者多为意外受伤,病情描述不清,诊治原则为先抢救再诊断,所以认真详细的体检及果断有效的处理至关重要。

Objective： To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic-abdominal compound injury. Methods：The clinical data of 56 cases with thoracic-abdominal compound injury admitted to the hospital nearly ten years were summarized retrospectively so as to analyze the methods of the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic-abdominal compound injury. Results. There were 53 patients cured and 3 died. Conclusions. Thoracic-abdominal compound injury has of special unpredictable. Most of patients are accidental injuries and the disease conditions can not be reflected clearly. The principles of diagnosis and treatment are rescuing first diagnosing second. So it＇s important to do health physical examination in detail and in a serious way.
