高效液相色谱法测定咽炎颗粒中大黄素的含量

Determination of Emodin in Yanyan Granules by HPLC

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定咽炎颗粒中大黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(68∶32),检测波长为254nm。结果:大黄素进样量在0.26～3.90μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.73%(RSD=1.49%)。结论:本法准确、灵敏、重现性好,操作简便、可用于控制咽炎颗粒的质量。

OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for determination of Emodin in Yanyan granules. METHODS： The stationary phase was Diamonsil C18（ 150mm×4.6mm,5μm） column and the mobile phase was methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid（68 ： 32）, with detection wavelength set at 254nm. RESULTS： Within the range of 0.26-3.90/zg Emodin had a good linearity, and the average recovery was 96.73% （RSD = 1.49% ） .CONCLUSION： The method is accurate, sensitive, reproducible,simple and can be used for the quality control of Yanyan granules.
