盐酸丁咯地尔联合维生素B_(12)治疗糖尿病周围神经病变49例疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察盐酸丁咯地尔联合维生素B12治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法49例患者均给予盐酸丁咯地尔0.1 g加入250 mL生理盐水中静脉点滴,每日1次;联用维生素B12500μg,每周3次,肌注,4周为1个疗程。结果盐酸丁咯地尔联合维生素B12治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。结论盐酸丁咯地尔联合维生素B12治疗糖尿病周围神经病变取得良好效果,值得进一步研究并推广应用。
