On Service Industry's Direct Investment Both at Home and Abroad

服务业对外直接投资对一国经济业绩影响的核心问题在于对外投资是否以牺牲国内投资为代价。当母国国内的资源已充分利用时,国内多余资本将会构成通货膨胀的压力,因而这时资本转移出境是有好处的。当母国国内资源尚未充分利用,但发生结构性剩余时,这时的对外直接投资还要取决于国内外的投资利润率大小。

The key issue of the influence of service industry＇s direct investment overseas in a country＇s economic achievements depends on whether the investment abroad is at the price of sacrificing domestic investment. When domestic resources are fully used, the domestic surplus capital will pose an inflation pressure. In this case, domestic capital invested abroad is of advantage. When domestic capital is not fully used, but structural surplus occurs, under such circumstances, investment abroad still depends on the size of profit rate of the investment both at home and abroad.
