呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站对706台的影响研究

摘要 通过开展五个专题的研究,基本阐明了呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站建设和运行对内蒙古706电视发射台可能产生的影响,包括上水库施工产生的爆破振动、爆破空气冲击波、爆破飞石、噪声、大气影响等,上水库运行产生的库岸稳定、电磁干扰等。分析研究表明,工程对706台的主要影响来自震动、空气冲击波、噪声等方面,此外也包括上水库的淹没损失。针对不利影响提出了相应的对策措施,并由电站业主与内蒙广电局达成补偿协议。 Based on the studies on five different subjects, this paper basically clarifies the impact on Inner Mongolia TV signal transmitter station by Hohhot pumped-storage power plant during its construction and operation periods. Possible impacts include blasting vibration, blasting shock wave, blasting slungshot, noise and atmosphere impacts caused by upper-reservoir construction, and reservoir side stability impact, electromagnetic interruption caused by upper-reservoir operation. The study showed that main impacts come from vibration, blasting wave and noise, also including inundation losses caused by upper reservoir. This paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures according to these harmful impacts. Finally the Owner of pumped-storage power plant and Inner Mongolia Broadcasting & Television Bureau came to an agreement on impact compensation.
