摘要
本文分析了Cr^(3+):GGG(Ca,Mg,Zr)的荧光谱和吸收谱,测算到Cr^(3+)离子在~4T_(2_g)-~2E_g的能级间距为ΔE≈70cm^(-1),晶场强度D_q/B=2.50。说明由于GGG_a(Ca,Mg,Zr)晶格扩大减弱了晶场,可望实现Cr^(3+):GGG(Ca,Mg,Zr)室温下的调谐及Nd^(3+):Cr^(3+):GGG(Ca,Mg,Zr)中Cr^(3+)→Nd^(3+)能量的转移。最后从理论上阐明了Cr^(3+)在晶体GGG(Ca,Mg,Zr)中的能级结构。
The fluorescence spectra and absoiption spectra of Cr3+ in GGG(Ca, Mg, Zr) were analysed. The 4T2g-2Eg seperation AE = 70cm-1 and the crystal field strength of D4/B = 2.50 were obtained.Finally, the energy level structure of Cr3+ in GGG (Ca, Mg, Zr)has been explained theoretically.
