植酸是天然存在的多磷酸化碳水化合物，具有很强的螯合能力、防止脂质过氧化损伤和预防DNA的氧化损伤的作用。研究表明，植酸可抑制大肠癌细胞增殖，诱导其分化；诱导胃癌细胞凋亡；促进细胞凋亡来阻碍抗激素治疗不敏感的前列腺癌的生长。植酸作为天然无毒的抗氧化剂具有广泛的应用前景。

Phytic acid is a multi-phosphoric carbohydrate,which exists in the nature ubiquitously, especially in vegetality food. It has many physiological activities, such as anticancer function, antioxidative function and chelation. Studies find phytic acid can inhibit proliferation and indule differentiation in colorectal cancer cells,can induce apoptosis of gastric cancer cells, restrain the proliferation of hormorne resistant prostate cancer lells by promoting apoptosis, phytic acid has a wide prospect as a natural and innoxious antioxidative agents.
