As a new means of trade protection, ＂Technical Barrier to Trade＂（TBT） makes our country＇s agricultural export encounter many obstructions. Facing the fiercer and fiercer TBT of today under the condition of WTO, our country＇s continuous development of the agricultural products is confronted with the new challenge. To face the TBT of international agriculture trade actively, to construct TBT system of our country＇s agricultural products will be of great significance in increasing the competition of our agricultural products in the international market, boosting the quality of our country＇s agricultural products, effectively boycotting the import of the foreign agricultural products and protecting the market of our agricultural products so as to enable our country＇s agricultural products to develop continuously. To confront TBT is a complex and systematic project, which requires coordinated actions from the government and enterprises.
