发挥地缘优势,构建区域经济中心是区域经济发展的客观要求。在未来的发展中,罗平应当打破县域行政壁垒和城乡二元经济结构的制约,把罗平放在泛珠江三角经济圈和中国—东盟自由贸易区的大背景下来认识,对县域经济发展问题进行前瞻性的思考和科学的定位,走区域合作的路子,构建物资集散中心、工业中心、信息交流中心和旅游中心,把罗平建设成为滇、桂、黔三省(区)结合部内外相连、竞争有序、统一开放的区域性枢纽。

It is an objective to make full use of the dominant geography advantages to build a regional center for the economic development in Luoping, which connects Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou provinces region. With the favorable geography and abundant resources, Luoping＇ s economy has been soaring recently. In future development, Luoping will overcome the barriers of the county＇ s administration and the restrictions of urban - country bi - economy structure. Luoping＇ s economy should be understood under the big backdrop that Luoping belongs to the Pearl River Delta Economic Lice and China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. The economic development of the county should be given a scientific orientation. The regional cooperation aims at building Luoping＇ s into a center of materiel, industry and tourism-in orderly to contribute to tuning Luoping into a regional hub of Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou, and a regional center with good cooperation , orderly competition and opened policy.
