摘要
系统由两大部分组成,下位机负责接收数据,上位机负责对数据进行处理,显示以及其他功能。热电偶传感器采集的信号经放大、线性化以及数字化处理后由单片机传送到上位机。上位机对测量信号进行比较处理之后传送命令驱动光耦MOC3083,以控制可控硅BCR50GM的导通与截止,使控制对象的温度能够稳定在给定点附近。
Two parts compose the system, lower machine receives data while opper machine is in charge of data processing, monitoring and well as other functions, Signals gathered by thermocouple sensor are transmitted to upper machine through SCM after amplifying, lineadzation and digitization process, then upper machine deal with the signal and transmit command to drive the light pair MOC3083 in order to control the start and end of silicon controlled BCR50GM, so the temperature of controlled object will be steady around the set point.
