This article introduced cathodic protection electric potential gathering and the memory system principle of work and the overall project design, in detail elaborated the system AD transformation module, the keyboard demonstration module, the EPROM memory module as well as the RS232 connection module hardware design mentality and the principle of work, and has given the hardware schematic diagram; Elaborated the software programming mentality and the subroutine programming method.
