本文针对计算机房等场所的收费和管理,设计了基于接触式IC卡的智能收费系统。分别开发了IC卡读/写机和收费管理软件,并连接Access数据库。实现注册、充值、计时/收费、挂失、注销和查询等多种功能。该系统具有成本低、结构简单、操作方便、可靠性强、数据库管理等特点。通过测试,该系统可以实现所要求的功能,且运行稳定,具有较强的实用性和较好的应用前景。

The paper designs a intelligent charging system based on non-touching IC card, which is used at some places, such as computer house, etc. The IC card read/write machine and the charge -managing soft are developed, and the an Access database is built. It can achieve lots of functions, such as enrolling, prepaying, timing and charging, lost- reporting, log-out and query. The system has the characteristics of low-cost, simple structure, convenient manipulation, high dependability and database managing, etc. By testing, the system can complete full of designed functions, and runs reliably. It has evident practicability and application value.
