摘要
近期,我国各级政府建设了许多应急指挥联动系统,旨在对社会突发公共事件的预测、预警、预防,本文提出了区县级政府应急指挥联动系统建设思路和具体设计,经过实际应用,能有效满足区县级政府应急指挥的需要。
National and local govemments are establishing the Government Emergency Command System in order to predict what will happen before emergencies and guarantee the public safety during emergencies. This article will be devoted to the building idea, design of the resolution that has applied successfully in district and county govemments.
