摘要
报道了一种非常重要的中间体:5-(4-氨基-苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉的高产率合成方法,产率达95.2%(以5-(4-硝基-苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉计),总产率为19.5%(以吡咯计).通过红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、元素分析对目标产物进行了表征,并且讨论了影响目标产物产率的因素.
5- (4- aminophenyl ) -10,15,20- triphenyl porphyrin was synthesized in the yield reached up to 95.2% ( calculated by the quantity of 5 - (4 - aminophenyl ) - 10,15,20 - triphenyl porphyrin) and the final yield was 19.5% (calculated by the quantity of pyrrole). The products was confirmed by IR ,UV - Vis and elemenmtal analysis. And the factors affecting yield of the products were discussed.
