卡司平与磺脲类药物联合治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

Efficacy and safety of kasiping and sulfonylurea in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察卡司平与磺脲类药物联合治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效与安全性。方法30例2型糖尿病患者应用卡司平联合磺脲类治疗,另30例单用磺脲类治疗作对照,共8周,观察2组治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹胰岛素、血脂、血压的变化。结果联合用药组治疗后患者空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）明显下降（P均〈0.01）,糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）水平均有显著下降（P〈0.05）,胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA指数）下降（P〈0.01）。甘油三酯（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）下降（P〈0.01）,肝、肾功能无明显变化。结论卡司平与磺脲类药物联合治疗2型糖尿病明显降低空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白,且无肝肾副作用,有良好的安全性。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of kasiping and sulfonylurea in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method 30 type 2 diabetic patients were treated with kasiping in combination with sulfonylurea while the other 30 patients were treated only with sulfonylurea for 8 months. Fasting plasma glucose （ FPG ）, fasting plasma insulin （ FINS）, HbA1 c, blood pressure and blood lipid were observed in the two groups before and after treatment for 8 weeks. Results After treatment, FPG and 2hPG were decreased （ P 〈 O. O1 }, HbA~ c and FINS were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05）. Homeostasis model assessment decreased evidently （ P 〈 0.01） ; TC and LDL-C decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.01）. No significant side-effect on kidney and liver function were found in combined therapy group. Conclusion Kasiping in combination with suffonylurea can significantly improve HbA1 c, fasting plasma glucose and 2 h postprandial plasma glucose levels, with well safety and without liver and kidney side effects.
