经皮超声介入注射无水酒精治疗肝癌

Ultrasound Guided Percutaneous Ethanol Injection Therapy for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的观察经皮超声介入瘤内注射无水酒精治疗肝癌的疗效。方法通过B超探头穿刺架引导经皮肝穿刺瘤内注射无水酒精治疗肝癌31例,64个肝癌结节,共治疗272次。结果甲胎蛋白阳性病人下降率占77.8%,转阴率40.7%。9例原发性肝癌肿瘤结节平均直径由3.5cm缩小至3.0cm。22例转移癌肿瘤结节平均直径由3.6cm缩小至2.9cm。结论该方法有较好的临床效果、操作简易、适应症广、创伤小、便于推广等优点。

Objective To observe the curative effect of ultrasound guided inner-neoplastic ethanol injection therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Cured hepatocellular carcinoma 31 cases by percutaneous ethanol injection under B-ultrasonic guidance, 64 nodes of hepatocellular carcinoma, amounted to 272 times. Results Decreased rate of patients with positive Alpha-fetoprotein is 77.8%, and clearance rate 40.7%. Of 9 cases of primary liver tumor, node average diameter reduced from 3.5 cm to 3.0cm, 22 cases of metastatic hepatocarcinoma, node average diameter deduced from 3.6cm to 2.9cm. Conclusions The method has the following advantages： good clinical effect, easy operation, wide indication, small wound and easy pepulization.
