摘要
针对现有发动机冷却系不能随工况自动调节的缺陷,介绍了基于改进PID控制的一套发动机冷却系智能控制系统。系统采用EM78P458单片机作为微处理芯片,由NTC负温度系数传感器进行数据采集,经过单片机的内部A/D转换、PID控制算法,最后通过PWM的输出信号实现对冷却风扇和循环水泵直流电动机的调速,并具有实时温度显示和故障报警功能。
A set of intelligent controlling system (ASOICS) was developed for engine's cooling, which is based the improved PID technique, in order to make the cooling system of the engine adapt to different working states automatically. In this intelligent controlling system, EM78P458 Microcontroller was used, NTC transducer with negative temperature coefficient was used for data collecting, and the manipulating job was realized through PWM signal for cooling fan and the circulating pump. In addition to, ASOICS has the functions of display temperature value in line and alarming failures.
