浅析开放式住区的构成要素

Superficial Analysis on Compositions of Open Residential District

针对开放式住区规划缺乏理论指导的现状,文章通过对国外住区发展的研究,结合中国国情和既有实践,尝试总结开放式住区的构成要素,并能有助于开放式住区的深入实践及推广。

At present, open residential district planning is short of Theoretical Guidance. Based on such a situation, the article gives a survey on development of foreign residential districts, combines the survey results with the situations and existing practices of China, and tries to conclude the compositions of open residential district, which are helpful to further practice and promotion of open residential district.
