Critical analysis of stochastic networks with start-start precedence relations

摘要 分析了PERT网络的路径关键性指标、关键活动指标、显著性指标、紧要性指标,提出了度量开始-开始优先关系网络中路径及活动关键性的指标——路径综合关键指标和活动综合关键指标,以及优先关系关键性指标和节点关键性指标,前两个指标的优点是易于项目管理者和实践者的理解、计算量小、计算结果与人们的预期比较一致,而通过后两个指标可降低项目工期被拖延的概率.算例表明该指标优于前人提出的指标. Path critical index, activity critical one, cruciality ones and significance one for PERT model were analyzed. Path and activity comprehensive critical indexes, precedence criticality index and node criticality index were proposed to measure the paths and activities criticality in activity-on-arc networks with start-start precedence relations. The advantages of the former two indices are understandable for project managers and practitioners, less computing time, computing results to be consistent with the anticipation of project managers. With the help of the latter two indices, the risk of project makespan delay was decreased. Computational results show that the proposed indices are superior to the ones given by former researchers.
