27例青少年抑郁症家谱图分析

Analysis of genograms of 27 adolescents with depressive disorders

目的探讨青少年抑郁症家谱图特征及其在心理咨询和治疗中的意义。方法对27例门诊初诊为抑郁症的青少年患者,采用与患者一起绘制家谱图的形式,从系统论的角度解释、分析家谱图。结果27例家谱图显示,多数青少年抑郁症患者的家庭结构不平衡、功能不健全。结论家谱图有助于在青少年抑郁症的心理咨询和治疗中发现问题、启发患者自省。

Objective To study the features of genograms of adolescents with depressive disorders and its clinical significance. Methods Through constructing genograms with 27 adolescent clients diagnosed as depression for the first time, the genograms were explained and analyzed on system theory angle. Results It was mentioned in the genograms of 27 clients that the most of these adolescent patients with depression had imbalance of family structure and unsoundness of family function. Conclusion The genograms can help the curers find out problems in the adolescent clients＇ families and help the clients stimulate insight and awareness as well.
