双能X线骨密度仪检测中对感兴趣区包含与排除功能的应用

Application of include and exclude function to regions of interest in bone mineral density measurement

目的运用双能X线骨密度仪的分析功能,检测骨质疏松特殊患者的骨密度(BMD),对X线吸收记数低于软组织水平的感兴趣区BMD进行分析,观察分析前后的结果。方法应用NORLAND XR-46双能X线骨密度仪器软件包的包含/排除(include/exclude,IE)功能,对人工设定分析区域或排除特定部位进行图像分析,对患者分析前后的骨矿含量进行t检验。结果应用IE功能,能够显示感兴趣区内的BMD。IE处理前后的BMD和BMC,经配对t检验后,P均<0.01。结论IE功能能纠正仪器自动分析的误差,更能反映特殊患者的骨质疏松骨矿含量的状况。

Objective To observe the bone mineral density（BMD） of the special cases with the analyses function of Dual Energy X-Ray Bone Densitometer. Methods BMD in the special cases were measured by NORLAND XR-46 Dual X-Ray Bone Densitometer. The software of including and exclude function（IN） was used to analyze the imaging and BMD by setting manually the analytic regions or removing special regions. Results All area in regions of interest （ROI） were showed by IE. The number of BMD and BMC by comparison of pre-and post-treatment with IE had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The measuring errors of BMD caused by the automatic analysis of instrument may be corrected and the real results of BMD measurement may be revealed by this method.
