传统发展战略凸显危机,人类发展陷入一个怪圈,学术界从不同视角进行反思。本文试从存在于在场者与不在场者间的权利与义务关系视角,探讨当代社会发展怪圈的成因。

The traditional development strategy has become increasingly weak, and human development has come across a vicious circle. People, especially the academic circle, have been reflecting the issue from different angles, and the author tries to dig out the cause of this circle by examining the relationship between rights and obligations existing between people who are present and who are not.
