高校思想政治教育的功能是思想政治教育本质的外在体现,其发挥的程度如何直接关系到思想政治教育价值的实现。从系统论的角度看,影响高校思想政治教育功能发挥的因素主要有:构成思想政治教育系统要素、系统自身结构和环境三个方面。

The function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the external embodiment of the nature of ideological and political education,and to what degree it performs can directly influence the realization of the value of ideological and political education. From the angle of systems theory ,what affect the functional performance of ideologcial and political education mainly comes from three aspects known as the essential elements that constitute the system of ideological and political education ,the structure of the system itself and the influence of environment.
