一直以来,由于未发现有“大小买”名称的明代徽州契约,故学术界对徽州“一田二主”现象产生的时间存在着不同的观点。根据最新发现的一份明代徽州典当契约,“大小买”之名在明代徽州确已出现,说明“一田二主”现象在明代徽州已经流行。同时该契也提供了典当契约的一种特殊类型。
