发展中小企业对于推动我国技术创新和发展我国的高新技术产业具有重要的作用。目前我国中小企业的发展取得了巨大成绩,数量每年成倍增长。但是由于中小企业自身的特点,在发展过程中具有的高度不确定性和高风险性,经营中存在很大变数,使其在资金筹集上存在较大的困难,中小企业数量的不断增长和能获得的资金量之间的矛盾逐渐激化。资金问题成为很多中小企业进一步发展的“瓶颈”。
