对所有取得生产许可证的企业生产的化妆品必须加印“QS”标志做了介绍。指出了“QS”标志的意义及其作用,以及消费者如何识别化妆品包装上的“QS”标志。

This paper indicated that the cosmetic enterprises should print the Quality Safety （QS） sign on their product packaging. It also introduced the significance and the action of Qs on the cosmetic packaging, and howto identify the real ＂QS＂ sign printed on the cosmetic packaging for the consumers as well.
