摘要
激励理论是行为管理学派的主要理论。在高校人才引进中,正确运用公平理论、需要层次理论和期望理论,能较好地发挥引进人才的作用。同时,在引进人才的政策制定中,还要注意遵循系统化原则、分层原则和市场化原则。
Motivation theory is the major theory of behavioral management school. In the talent introduction into colleges and universities, the application of motivation theory including equity theory, hierarchy of needs theory and expectancy theory can display well talent's ability. At the same time, in the constitution of policy for talent introduction, we should follow the systematical principle, delamination principle and market principle.
