Body language is a non- language communication way which is common in human communication. It is a tool based on the non--language behavior. With the aid of vivid language, it can transmit information and express feelings, thus realizing the interchange of social information. Using body language properly, it can create a quiet, clean, civilized and courteous environment for the readers to borrow and read books and consequently improve the reader＇s satisfaction as well as the utilization ratio of the library resources.
