Media Revolution and the Compilation of Electronic Dictionaries

作为人类大脑心理词库延伸的电子辞书,其知识内容组织方式应和人类心理词库的知识结构一致;在辞书编篡过程中,应充分展现电子媒介超链接、非线性内容组织方式和多媒体整合等独特优势,重视辞书查阅过程中词典用户多种感官的参与、互动;同时,力求摆脱传统纸质辞书知识内容组织方式的束缚。

As the extension of human mental lexicon, the organization of electronic dictionaries＇ contents should comply with that of human mental lexicon. During the compiling of electronic dictionaries, attention should be focused on unique features of electronic dictionaries such as hyperlink technique, nonlinear organization of data, and integration of multimedia as well as dictionary users＇ interaction when consulting. At the same time, the compilers should not be influenced by the compiling approach of traditional paper-and-ink dictionaries.
