Effects of Gongxueyin on ultrastructure of uterine of patients with non-ovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的:从形态学角度探讨补肾活血中药治疗无排卵功血的机制。方法:应用透射电镜观察无排卵功血患者治疗前后子宫内膜超微结构的变化。结果:无排卵功血患者治疗前后子宫内膜超微结构在腺上皮表面绒毛、细胞质内细胞器、基膜及间质等方面存在不同程度的形态改变。结论:无排卵功血患者子宫内膜超微结构方面存在不同程度的形态改变,补肾活血中药能够改善子宫内膜血管内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞线粒体水肿及空泡变,改善间质细胞泡沫样变,促进子宫内膜腺上皮细胞凋亡,加速内膜脱落与修复,对无排卵功血有良好的治疗作用。

Objective： To discuss the mechanism of therapy of tonifying the kidney and actirating blood circulation on nonovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding, morphological way was used. Methods： To observe changes of ultrastmeture of uterine with electron microscope before and after treatment for patients with non-ovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Results： In all these patients, to some extend, there were some changes as far as the following was concerned： surface villus in glandular epithelium, organelle in cytoplasm, basement membrane and stroma. Conclusion： There are some changes of ultrastructure of uterine in patients with non-ovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding in a degree. Herbs of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation, can treat mitochondria edema and vaeuoled changes of vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cell of endometrium, as well as vaeuoled changes of stroma cell, promote apoptosis of glandular epithelium cells in endometrium to speed endometrium desquamating and repairing, so that non-ovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding can be treated effectively.
