高职教育发展与质量提升的主要制约因素及对策

On the main factors restricting the development and quality improvement of higher vocational education and the countermeasures

高职教育近年来虽有较大的发展,但还未能适应我国经济建设的需要,高职教育仍远远滞后于普通高等教育,制约高职教育发展与质量提升的主要因素有社会多方歧视,法律法规保障不足,办学条件不足,教学改革不到位。解决办法主要有:国家通过加快立法推进高职教育,加大投资力度,加强政策支持,高职院校要努力提高人才培养质量,取得社会的认同。

Higher vocational education still could not adapt to the requirement of the economic construction of China although it did make some progress in recent years. The main reasons why higher vocational education is far behind general colleges and universities are as the followings, the discriminations of the society from different classes, the lack of the guarantee of some laws and regulations, insufficient school facilities, halfway teaching reform. The writer thinks that the way to the solution is that the government should expedite making a law to develop higher vocational education, increase investment and strengthen policy support. And at the same time, Higher vocational colleges should make their efforts to improve the quality of technical persons＇ training and obtain the acknowledgement of the society.
