随着我国城市化速度的加快,城乡边缘带土地供需矛盾日益突出,应从综合考虑土地可持续利用价值,建立动态的土地利用机制和法律措施,整治环境污染等方面着手,切实做好土地利用工作。

Along with our country urbanization speed accelerating, contradiction of land supply and demand in the urban-rural marginal zone should be prominent day by day ,after analyzing the cause of the problem that land use on the urban-rural marginal zone,the author brings forward some feasible methods to solve the problem.
