外用抗菌离子膜治疗细菌性阴道病的临床研究

Clinical trial of antibacterial spray in treatment of bacterial vaginosis

目的评价外用抗菌离子膜治疗细菌性阴道病的有效性和安全性。方法使用外用抗菌离子膜对30例细菌性阴道病患者进行治疗,于治疗前、治疗结束后第3d观察临床症状及体征,并进行阴道分泌物病原学检查。结果30例细菌性阴道病受试者使用外用抗菌离子膜治疗,痊愈21例、显效4例、进步0例、无效5例,痊愈率为70.0%,有效率为83.3%;治疗结束后第3d病原清除率为83.3%。在治疗过程中无不良事件和严重不良事件发生。结论外用抗菌离子膜用于治疗细菌性阴道病安全、有效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of antibacterial spray in treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods Thirty bacterial vaginosis cases were treatment with antibacterial spray . The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients were observed before treatment and 3 days after the end of treatment. The pathogens of vaginal secretion were examined simultaneously. Results Of the 30 eases treated, 21 eases were cured, 4 eases excellent and 5 eases failed. The cure rates was 70.0% and the effective rate was 83.3% . The clearance rate of pathogens was 83.3% . There no side effect and severe adverse reaction were observed. Conclusion Antibacterial spray is effective and safe in treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
