布地奈德和利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗儿童咳嗽的临床观察

Clinical observation on the results in treatment of cough children by inhalation of Budesonide and Ribavirin

目的探讨不同治疗方法在儿童上呼吸道感染所致的急性咳嗽中的治疗效果。方法将急性咳嗽患儿100例随机分为3组,在常规对症治疗的基础上分别是布地奈德和利巴韦林联合雾化组36例、利巴韦林单一雾化组29例、口服药物组35例,进行疗效观察。结果治疗后3组间咳嗽及睡眠质量的改善有统计学差异(P<0.05),流涕症状的改善无统计学差异(P>0.05)。联合雾化组总有效率88.9%,单一雾化组69.0%,口服药物组45.7%,3组疗效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),3组药物不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论儿童上呼吸道感染所致的急性咳嗽在常规对症治疗的基础上,加用布地奈德和利巴韦林联合雾化吸入治疗可有效抑制病毒复制、减轻气道炎症反应,疗效确切、不良反应少、用药依从性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of different treatments of acute cough due to upper respiratory tract infection in children. Methods One hundred children with acute cough were divided into three groups randomly. The children of composite inhalation group （36 cases） were treated with inhalation of budesonide and ribavirin , the children of simple inhalation group （29 cases） were treated by inhalation of ribavirin, the children of oral group （35 cases） were treated by dextromethorphan hydrobromide, chlorpheniramine maleate and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride solution. To observe the efficacy and analysis of statistics. Results The symptoms of cough and sleep were improved with significantly differences （ P 〈 0. 05） and the symptom of snot was improved with no significantly differences （P 〉 0.05） in three groups. The total effective rates of three groups were 88.9%, 69.0% and 45.7%, with significantly differences （ P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reaction rates of three groups were 8.3%, 6.9% and 8.6% ,with no significantly differences （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide and ribavirin can be effectively and safely used for treating acute cough of upper respiratory tract infection in children and it can inhibit the replication of virus actively and lessen the inflammation of respiratory tract with fewer side effects and high compliance and worthy to be popularized.
