人类NRAMP1基因与结核分枝杆菌的易感性 被引量:3

摘要 20多年前在对小鼠的疾病易感性研究中发现,有一基因对疾病的易感性起决定性的作用,近年来研究发现NRAMP1(Natural-resistance-associtted macrophage protein1,自然抵抗相关巨噬细胞蛋白1)是主要的侯选基因,NRAMP1的结构显示具有膜转运蛋白的典型特征,它存在于吞噬小体膜上,它的主要功能是通过改变含有微生物的吞噬体液泡内环境来控制其复制,从而消灭胞内菌.国外已做了大量研究证实NRAMP1基因与麻风病、结核病的感染有明显的关联,国内也已对汉族人NRAMPI基因进行了研究,同样证实NRAMP1基因的某些位点的多态性与结核的发病相关,黎族是中国55个少数民族中唯一分布在海南省的少数民族,据调查显示黎族人痰涂片检出率高于同期汉族人的9.9%[25]的平均水平,除了结核病的发生与环境因素有关外,是否也与NRAMP1基因某些位点的多态性有关呢?值得我们研究。
