摘要
本文报告海南省 HTLV—1感染的血清流行病学调查情况。共收集海南省东南西北中3县4市一般人群血清620份,用间接免疫荧光法检测 HTLV—1抗体。结果 HTLV—1抗体阳性12份,总阳性率1.94%。
The study reports the seroepidemiological survey of HTLV-1 infections in Hainan province.620 samples of human serum were collected from 3 counties and 4 cities in this province and the antibodies against HTLV-1 were detected with indirect immunofluorescent assay. The total seropositive rate was 1.94% as 12 of the samples were seropositive.
