摘要
采用恒温动力学法结合分光光度法测定乙酰水杨酸的水解反应速度常数及活化能的数值,结果与文献值一致,重现性好,说明本法可作为具有医学化学特点的新的化学反应速度教学实验。
The hydrolytic reaction constant and the activation energy of aspirin were tested by way of isothermal kinetics in combination with spectrophotometry.The results of the test fell in with those of the reports by others and showed a satisfactory reappearance,It was suggested that the test be introduced as a new teaching experiment on the chemical reaction rate because of its property in medical chemistry.
