摘要
对比分析了教学基础本文,对比分析了社区医学实验班、传统班和普通班8门基础医学课程的期终理论考试成绩。结果发现,经 PBL 训练的杜区医学实验班学生的考试成绩明显高于未经 PBL 训练的其他班学生,大部分课程有显著性差异,PBL 训练时间越长差异显著性越明显。结果表明,PBL 训练对强化学生学习基础医学知识以及学过的知识融会贯通、举一反三加深理解均有良好的作用,PBL 训练可显著提高学生的考试成绩。
The role of problem-based learning (PBL) in training general practitioners for the rural communities is discussed in this paper.In addition to the traditional teaching approach,PBL was employed in the experimental class of medical students.The results of the examination of 8 subjects of both the experimentaI class and the regular classes were compared and analysed.It was found out that the grades of the experimantal class were much higher that those of the regular classes,and the longer the training period,the more distinctive the grades.The study shows that PBL has a strong effect on the learning of preclinical courses,especiauy on the better understanding mastery of the learnt subjects.It can also improve the grades if the students.
