高压氧辅以常规疗法治疗脑梗塞61例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF THE EFFICIENCY OF HYPERBARIC OXYGENATION THERAPY ON CEREBRAL INFARCTION

对61例经 CT 证实脑梗塞的病人,用高压氧加常规治疗的疗效进行观察,总有效率90.1%,并与用常规治疗的34例本病患者(对照组)进行比较,同时分析了病程、疗程与疗效的关系,讨论了高压氧对本病的治疗机理。

The efficiency of hyperbaric Oxygenation(HBO)therapy was studied in 61 cases of cerebral infarction who had been confirmed by CT examination.HBO was employed in combination with the routine medical treatment and the efficiency rate was 90.1% compared with that of the 34 cases of the same disorder who had been handled only with the routine medical therapy.The relations between the course of the disorder, duration of treatment,and the efficiency of the therapy are studied and the mechanism of HBO therapy for cerebral infarction is discussed in this paper.
